Equinovo’s terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Equinovo via the website and mobile website. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
Agreement & order
Your order at Equinovo will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise agreed. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Under the rules of the Distance Selling Act, Equinovo will carry out clothing orders at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), there is a delay for other reasons or an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will receive a message within 1 month after placing the order. and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default. All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned periods.
Orders can be tracked with a track & trace code that you will receive by e-mail after the items have been shipped. For parcel post within the Netherlands, an amount of € 6.95 in shipping costs will be charged. The costs for letter post are € 2.95. For international shipments (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg) an amount of € 13.00 will be charged for parcel post.
Prices on Equinovo are shown in euros and include the statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Equinovo has the right to adjust its prices. The shipping costs within the Netherlands
All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.
At Equinovo you can choose from four secure payment options: iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard & Bancontact and Klarna. Payments via Paypal take place via a secure connection with PayPal. Payments with iDeal are made via secure connections at Multisafepay. At Boutique Women’s Clothing you can easily pay in an SSL secured payment environment.
Returns (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days. The costs of return are borne by the customer. Equinovo does not accept cash on delivery returns under any circumstances. Send your package with sufficient postage with a valid Track and Trace code to the following address:

– In undamaged condition, have not been worn or washed and with original packaging and tags.
– There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors, animal hair or cigarette odors on the items.
– No attempt has been made to rectify a defect.
– The shipping risk and the costs of returning are for the buyer.
– Insufficient or unstamped returns are not accepted by us.
– If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and to charge you the shipping costs.
Items cannot be exchanged. If you would like to receive a different size of an item, you must return the item in question within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.

As soon as the condition of the returned items has been checked by us, you will be notified by e-mail. Equinovo can postpone the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has submitted proof of the return of the goods.
Shipping and transportation
Equinovo ships its packages with PostNL or DHL. Packages are delivered Monday to Saturday.
Equinovo is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by incorrect use of the products.
If Equinovo is unable to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. If the force majeure situation has lasted for 30 days, both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, without being entitled to any compensation.
If an item you have purchased shows defects (material or manufacturing defects, transport damage), you can return the product within 14 days using the pre-printed return form. After this warranty period, Equinovo is entitled to charge all costs for repair or replacement, including administration and shipping costs. If an item is damaged or another defect occurs within this period, please report this by e-mail; [email protected]
Of course, the warranty only applies to items if there is a justified complaint. The complaint is only valid if it is NOT caused by:
– Intentional damage or through negligence. (for example water, fall and/or impact damage)
– Misuse or negligent maintenance
– Exceptional wear
– Damage due to not following washing labels (no washing guarantee, problems after washing are at your own responsibility)
– No guarantee on zippers & buttons.
The material that can be found on Equinovo is subject to intellectual property rights. Visitors are prohibited from publishing or multiplying material from the website without the express prior written consent of Equinovo and explicit reference to the source.
Right of withdrawal
It is possible to dissolve an agreement within a period of 14 days after receipt without any justification. You must inform Equinovo of this by means of an unambiguous statement by letter or e-mail.
